Community Scholarship Program
Twice a year we will be accepting applications from high school students, who plan on attending college and pursing a degree in the Arts, English, Communications/Multimedia, or Political Science. In the month of December and June we will be gifting one student $500. All we ask from our applicants is to model their passions. In whichever medium you prefer, we would like a display of your talent. Your piece should answer the question, “How can I influence the world?”
That means if you are an artist we will accept a painting, if you’re a future advocate we will accept a video, if you are a fervent writer we will accept an essay. There is no word count that needs to be met, nor is there a cap on what you can summit. However we do ask out applicants to not exceed 10 attachments.
We want to be wowed by you. Though the world may seem daunting, anyone has the power to influence it. Your world consist of the people and community around you. Don’t be afraid to start small or dream big. Take your time, and be as creative as you would like to be.
